I am on my fourth week of this new diet change, and unlike other "diets" it really hasn't been too tough. I have been in situations in the last week or so where the only option for food is meat, so those specific ones have been hard but overall I've been happy with this new change. I have felt pretty energetic and I really haven't skipped a beat with working out. I thought it would be a really hard adjustment for me, but incorporating this vegan diet hasn't had any adverse effects on me. I've even made some meals that my husband likes! (but I've mostly made meals for him that have all the "stuff" in it and eat something separate for myself, which hasn't been bad at all.)
In a later post I will go into my routine and new knowledge in more depth, but for today I thought I'd share some quotes/sayings that are health and fitness related. Most of them are funny, but still can be motivating! :)
